The ISO13485：2016 audit of Wuzhou Victory Biotech conducted by DNV, Wuzhou Victory Biotech is well prepared for the manufacture of Hydrogel wound dressing and the Bone graft substitutes.
The new facility in Foshan completed
As part of the development strategy, the new facility in Foshan completed, which will be focusing on research , development and the manufacture of Class III medical grade collagen.
The DNV audit accomplished.
Guangdong Victory Biotech was audited and passed the periodical audit of ISO13485：2016 and the manufacture of bovine collagen as per the ISO22442-1:2007, ISO22442-2:2007, ISO22442-3:2007.
Wuzhou facility completed
With the development of the business, a new clean room facility in Wuzhou is built up , which is in line with international standards and will be used for the manufacture of medical grade collagen products(Class I , Class III).
The in vivo and in vitro clinical study of collagen wound dressings completed.
The new shareholder , Shenguan Investment Development Co., Ltd. , was introduced. Victory Biotech received much support in collagen related technology and resources.
Mass production line in operation, the preclinical testing and clinical testing of 6 products were initiated.
VICTORY BIOTECH passed the annual audit of ISO13485:2003, and successfully obtained the unique certification of ISO22442 in China -- the manufacture of bovine collagen in accordance with EN ISO22442-1:2007, EN ISO22442-2:2007, EN ISO22442-3:2007.
The Clean Room (manufacturing workshop) was constructed with the support of the Technical Advisors from the Principal Research Scientist of Commonwealth Science and Industries Research Organization (CSIRO) & National Taiwan University (NTU).
